There’s no denying the powerful impact that “The Cosby Show” has had on our culture. We, along with countless others, have waxed poetic about the sitcom’s positive portrayal of the black family and it’s immense popularity across color lines.
However, the show also gave us something else to celebrate — epic fashion moments and serious style advice.
Between Bill’s colorful collection of sweaters, Clair’s utterly chic ensembles, Denise’s edgy streetwear and the rest of the fam’s standout style, it’s safe to say they were a fashionable crew.
So in celebration of Throwback Thursday (#TBT), we’d like to pay homage to the Huxtable women in particular. Clair, Sondra, Denise, Vanessa and Rudy served up plenty of looks that we still adore today.
